SHIPMENT

Articles are almost always available but, being hand-made items, shipment may take a few days, in any case you will be informed immediately by e-mail about delivery date.

If you want the ordered articles delivered to an address other than the one shown on PERSONAL DATA (i.e., if it’s a present), pls fill in also DELIVER TO ...

If you are sending a present, it will be wrapped in an appropriate paper.

Shipment is made through couriers specialized in deliveries in 24/72 hours in Italy and worldwide.

Transport charges are to be paid by the addressee and are calculated automatically at the end of the order.

When the order is being sent, shipment details will be advised by e-mail.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices :

Our prices include the Italian taxes (IVA = VAT); when final destination of goods is known (Italy, E.C. Contries or extra E.C. Countries), the IVA/VAT amount will be deducted if not due. The final price (inclusive of door-to-door freight and, in case, additional taxes), will show automatically when final Country of destination is indicated.

We are not responsible for the taxes levied by other Countries.

ON-LINE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

They are operated by BANCA SELLA using the most advanced telematic security, therefore all the information about credit cards will not be accesible to other on-line customers.

Credit cards will be debited only when shipment is being made.

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER

DOLCEMENTE undertakes to withdraw and replace the goods in case they are received damaged.

Each article sold in this site is guaranteed by the Law Decree no. 185 of May 22, 1999.

You can avail yourself of the right to cancel the order by sending back the article within 10 days after its receipt. By contacting us via e-mail you will get all the assistance necessary for its return or for its replacement.
